Hi, my name is Janine Hayman, and I am the owner and baker of Rolled Cookie Co. Rolled Cookie Co. was founded in October 2023 and is a love letter to all the stay-at-home mums who are in the newborn/toddler trenches. I dreamt up and crafted Rolled Cookie Co. from my kitchen at home while managing all that comes with being a mum. I had a dream of turning my passion for baking into my full-time career while also managing the needs of my young family.

With a three-year-old and a newborn at the time, I started testing my recipes, sharing them with family and friends until one day I took the leap and joined my first market. The rest is history.
